Who owns the website?
Your domain name and Google Business Profile are always registered in your name, whichever option you choose. With a one-time website, the design and code become yours when the final payment is made. With a Website + SEO plan, they become yours after 12 paid months, or sooner if you pay off the remaining months.
Can you guarantee I'll rank #1 on Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google decides rankings, and it warns businesses about SEO guarantees. What I promise is the work itself, done consistently every month, plus a clear monthly report showing calls, direction requests and website visits so you can see what it's bringing in.
How do payments work?
One-time websites: 50% to start and 50% before launch. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month by card or bank transfer through a secure payment processor. Card details never touch your website.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Care plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Local SEO plans have a 3-month minimum, because local SEO takes a couple of months to show results, then run month to month. Website + SEO plans have a 12-month minimum since the website is built up front; you can end early by paying off the remaining months, and the design is then yours.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo if you have one, photos of your work, and a short call about your services. On Starter you supply the text; on Standard I polish it; on Premium I write it for you.
What isn't included?
Paid advertising, customer logins, databases, large online stores, and anything that stores sensitive personal data. For WordPress sites I help with content and SEO only, not plugin, hosting or security maintenance. Anything extra is quoted in writing before work starts.
Do I have to pay for anything else?
Your domain name (about $12–20 a year) and any tools you choose to use, like email mailboxes or a paid booking plan, are paid directly by you to the provider, so they stay in your name. Hosting is included in every plan.
