This policy explains what information Nour Studios ("we", "us") collects through nourstudios.com, how it's used, and the choices you have. The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number and business name if you choose to include them.
- Booking a call: your name, email address, the time you choose, and any notes you add.
- Emails you send us: whatever you include in your message.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We don't use this to identify you.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal information, and doesn't track you across other sites. This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold calls you book, provide services you ask for, and keep the site secure. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a few trusted services to run this site. They process your information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts and protects this website.
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Cal.com handles call bookings and sends confirmations.
- Our email provider stores messages we send and receive.
We may also disclose information if required by law. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and any period required for tax or legal records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email sebastian@nourstudios.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this website doesn't track you across other sites, there's nothing for that signal to switch off, so we don't respond to it differently.
Children
This website is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
